6. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. The Company is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond its control.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
7. Returns and Refunds
Due to the custom nature of printed products, returns are generally not accepted. If you believe your order is defective, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery for review.
